Katy’s Teas grew, quite literally, out of my garden, a hobby I undertook, like many others, in the summer of 2020. As my herbal beds, and inventory of medicinal plants, expanded season after season, I found I had more herbs than I could possibly use, and I ran out of family and friends to whom I could gift teas and other herbal concoctions! 

I also found that the teas of recently-harvested herbs were more delicious than any I’d ever consumed, even from expensive store-bought brands. I discovered flavors I had never tasted. This propelled my passion to mix new tea blends and to bring herbs to my larger community in ways that might be new to you, as well. 

Katy’s Teas are sourced primarily with herbs grown in my home-grown, chemical-free gardens. All are harvested and dried according to good manufacturing practices, with minimal processing.
